Job descriptionCollaborating with various stakeholders to clarify business needs and detect dependencies, impediments, and potential risks. Capturing functional and non-functional requirements and designing technical solutions leveraging the Spring Framework along with REST Architecture. Ensuring the overall quality and fit of the technical solution in addition to the overall performance of the application stack. Overseeing the progress of the development team to ensure consistency with the initial design, development principles, and deadlines. Providing technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers through efficient code reviews. Strong expertise in system design and architecture, with the ability to develop high-level designs and architectural blueprints. Proven experience in establishing and enforcing coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across development teams. Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills, capable of translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. Technical leadership and mentorship abilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Deep understanding of non-functional requirements focusing on scalability, performance, and security. 12+ years of overall experience in the IT industry, specifically in technical architecture. 10+ years of experience in the infrastructure domain with a focus on technical architecture and cloud-oriented solutions. Proven experience managing or working with JAVA and React JS frameworks. Strong experience in API architecture, Event Driven Architecture, and DevOps practices using tools like Terraform. Experience in analyzing new requirements, designing technical architecture, and implementing effective solutions.
