Job description15+ years of software development experience, with strong focus on cybersecurity Leadership experience managing and mentoring software development teams Expertise in Java and Microservices Architecture Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Position Summary :
Lead software development initiatives for advanced cybersecurity solutions. Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software while mentoring a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of complex cybersecurity software solutions
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to software development teams
- Collaborate with product managers, security analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure high-quality code through best practices, coding standards, and code reviews
- Participate in architecture and design of scalable and secure software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects while staying updated with emerging technologies
