Creative thinker with good communication and writing skills. Ability to multitask, plan, and implement projects efficiently. Prior internship or experience in social media marketing, branding, or startup environments is a plus. We are looking for a passionate and creative Business Associate who can contribute to our growth by planning impactful social media strategies and strengthening our brand presence.
Key Responsibilites :
- Assist in developing and executing monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Research trends, competitor activities, and content strategies to ensure fresh and engaging content.
- Collaborate with the founder and creative team to conceptualize campaign ideas aligned with brand goals.
- Support in managing influencer collaborations, partnerships, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
Contribute to brand-building initiatives such as storytelling, community engagement, and brand voice development.
