Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor (Tele Caller) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective parents through the admission process and providing them with information about our educational programs.

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective parents to provide information about our educational programs and admission procedures.
• Handle inbound queries related to admissions.
• Follow up with leads to ensure they have all the information they need to make an informed decision.
• Maintain a database of potential parents and update it with relevant information.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with prospective parents.
