Sales Training Manager

To work in Sales is to enjoy storytelling through words. We are looking for someone who is passionate about talking both on the counter and on a call. An ideal candidate is someone who understands the geography and culture of various regions of India and can align the descriptions with the itineraries on display.

Responsibilities

Understand the itineraries and work on the presentation.

Create training modules for the sales staff.

Well-versed in roleplay and mock call training.

Work closely with the founder to extend his vision of promoting tourism in the regions the company believes in.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales training is preferred.

Knowledge of both current affairs and the Geography of India.

Understanding of the traveler psyche.

Basic design skills with Canva and an understanding of Aesthetics.
