Assistant Manager HR

Talent Acquisition (70%)

• Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Support manpower planning and forecasting in coordination with the team leaders and managers.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding to ensure timely and effective staffing of fundraising teams.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals social media referrals and field networks.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure adherence to defined SLAs and quality standards.

HR Business Partnering & Operations (30%)

Requirements

Required Skills :

Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA from any recognized University. Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them. Highly performance oriented and ability to work in a team. Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF-Indias work. Public Speaking skills / BD experience. Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks. Sales background / Tele communication Background.
