Good communication skills and client interaction skills

B2B Integration Knowledge : - End-to-end understanding of customer onboarding processes. Hands-on experience with B2B profile setup and deployment

Tools : - Knowledge of at least one e-procurement platforms like SAP / Ariba / Oracle

Communication Skills : - Excellent communication skills in English– verbal, written, etc.

Ability to co-ordinate independently with onshore clients via. conference calls and e-mails

Analytical thinking and problem solving.

Presentation & Reporting : - Weekly reporting dashboards, Preparing decks for leadership / QBRs

Experience with webMethods, PowerBI,
