What is expected from this role to start with?

• Start as a hands-on lead and grow the Team as business grows within a few months;
• Manage and govern the team for an end-to-end talent acquisition process for various types of engangements e. perm, contract, contract to hire, SOW based etc.
• Manage the team members to ensure that they follow a consultative approach to understand the on-site IT job role requirements & expectations of banking & financial services clients;
• Understand various financial technologies involved in the role and how it works;
• Derive an effective sourcing strategy to reach out to right group of tech talents within the USA country of job role;
• Understand the matching skills / capabilities / aspirations of the tech talents;
• Guide talents for their career progression in a consultative manner (candidate management);
• Work closely with business development managers;
• Present the right talent profiles to the clients;
• Own-up and build good rapport / relationship with the clients and shortlisted candidates through out the process;
• Manage shortlisted candidates proactively with a consultative approach;
• Facilitate the matching / hiring process for the client to hire the right talents, bingo! That's what is expected from this role;
• New client acquisition : any responsibilities related to new client acquisition shall be most welcome;
