Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager / Account Manager located in Pune. The Operations Manager / Account Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the rental properties, manage a team of staff, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams, managing guest reservations and check-ins / outs, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and implementing operational policies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining property budgets, monitoring financial performance, and preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
