Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor. The position is based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra . The Billing Engineer will be responsible for quantifying site measurement, survey of earthworks, preparing measurement, abstract and draft invoices, analyzing rates, overseeing billing systems, and performing quantity surveying. The role also involves preparing and analyzing various billing and financial reports.

The day to day work involves close coordination with client Representatives, Qs's and Engineers to verify the work done, measurement and coordinate all cost related activities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparation of site measurement, survey of earthworks, measurement sheets, abstract etc.

Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Rate Analysis

Knowledge of Billing Systems and financial reporting

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and organizational skills

Relevant experience in the construction industry will be beneficial
