Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at D. S. Research Centre. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, and will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient service.
Responsibilities :
- Welcoming patients and visitors to the center and directing them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and forwarding calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendars.
- Handling patient intake and registration processes.
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring that patient information is kept confidential.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing, emailing, and scanning documents.
- Managing inventory and ordering office supplies.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements :
Graduate or equivalent.1-2 years of experience in a similar role.Strong communication in Bangla & English and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Friendly and welcoming demeanor.Experience in a healthcare or medical environment is a plus.Location
