Responsibilities :

• Global Software Implementation of Software SmartProcess : Implementation of existing Documentation and Processes to new layouts within the Software SmartProcess
• Modelling of Processes in SmartProcess : Implement the new processes together with global process managers and support in process description in coordination with Director Global Quality and Head of Business Process Management
• Process Definition and Standardization : Define, implement, and maintain global standards and best practices including customization and configuration in alignment with business requirements
• Documentation and User Support : Create comprehensive training documentation and conducting software trainings for end-users
• Knowledge Transfer and Innovation : Provide knowledge transfers and support continuous improvement through innovation and process optimization.
• Maintain master data for the complaints and audit processes
• Develop and implement workflows within the SmartProcess system together with process managers
