Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Demand Strategist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and performance of our marketing initiatives. Your core responsibilities will include :

• Design and optimize omni-channel marketing programs to generate customer demand. You will develop comprehensive strategies that are directly aligned with overarching business goals, focusing on the full customer journey from awareness to conversion.
• Translate business objectives into impactful, end-to-end marketing experiences with a clear and measurable return on investment (ROI).
• Define and segment target audiences and identify priority markets, ensuring alignment with global expansion plans.
• Work closely with specialized teams across Media, Marketing Automation, and Digital to ensure seamless strategy execution.
• Guide the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels and continuously track performance throughout the marketing funnel. You will analyze funnel metrics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate marketing's contribution to the business.
• Directly support sales enablement efforts, forecast campaign responses, and manage the critical lead-to-win conversion process to drive tangible revenue growth.
• Build and implement tailored marketing strategies for specific business units or

industries to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
