Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce and Performance Marketing position based in Kolkata metropolitan area. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing ecommerce strategies, managing online sales channels, and analyzing performance metrics. The role includes working closely with the sales team, managing customer service activities, and ensuring effective communication across all platforms. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring digital campaigns, optimizing sales funnels, and enhancing user experience on ecommerce platforms.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills for monitoring and optimizing performance metrics
• Experience in E-Commerce and Sales to manage online sales channels and develop strategies
• Knowledge in Shopify
• Deep Knowledge in Performance Marketing in Meta and Google
• Knowledge in E-Commerce Platforms such as Amazon, Flikart, Myntra and Blinkit Ads, Listing Management, A+ content and similar.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
