Job descriptionRole : Application Support Engineer focusing on deployment, cloud, and CI / CD.Key Responsibilities :Deployment : Plan and execute application deployments following change management standards.Incident Management, RCA, monitoring, and ensuring system stability in cloud-based systems (GCP, Azure, AWS).Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain documentation.Participate in on-call rotation for 24 / 7 support.Qualifications :5+ years in production support with focus on cloud systems.Knowledge of incident management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Experience with Apache, IIS, SQL databases, and scripting (Python, Shell).Desired : CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub), JIRA, Confluence, PagerDuty.
