High Salary : Head of Design (Principle Architect)

Role & responsibilities

✅ Lead concept design, master planning, and detailed design development for luxury hospitality and wellness-focused projects.

✅ Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors for efficient project execution.

✅ Ensure consistency with Ridhira Livings brand standards while enhancing guest experience.

✅ Manage and mentor the design team, encouraging creativity and innovation.

✅ Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

✅ Approve design concepts, materials, and finishes reflecting luxury and sustainability.

✅ Integrate sustainability and functionality in all design processes.

✅ Stay updated with hospitality design trends to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Preferred candidate profile

✅ Bachelors / Masters in Architecture from a reputed institution (SPA, CEPT, JJ, etc.).

✅ 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership / head role.

✅ Must have handled international projects or have professional experience working on international hospitality, resort, or luxury residential projects. ✅ Exposure to global design standards, sustainability certifications, and hospitality brand guidelines

✅ Proven track record in luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, or premium residential projects.

✅ Strong design sensibility with expertise in sustainable, wellness-centric architecture.

✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and presentation tools.

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ COA registration mandatory.
