Lead Data Engineering Team
Join a fast-growing team of innovators and lead the development of cutting-edge data platforms using modern cloud-native technologies. As a Principal Data Engineer, you will shape the architecture, mentor senior engineers, and engage directly with clients.
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with 4+ years leading teams.
- Strong coding expertise : Python, JVM, and Shell scripting with production-grade experience.
- 5+ years in cloud-native, data-intensive applications with mandatory AWS expertise.
- Proven experience in Data Warehouse design & development using modern DW tools.
- Hands-on with Databricks and dbt (mandatory).
- Expert in Airflow (workflow orchestration).
- Strong experience building & maintaining Spark applications.
- Deep understanding of file formats : Parquet, Delta Lake, OTFs.
- Proficiency in building CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD).
- Solid knowledge of unit testing & test automation frameworks.
