Inviting applications for the role of Consultant BI Developer Agentic AI

In this role youll be part of Genpacts transformation under GenpactNext as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutionsdomain-specific autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. Youll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards reports and KPIs ensuring accuracy usability and performance.

Work closely with data engineers business analysts and product teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

Build and optimize data models DAX measures and Power Query transformations (M language) for analytics and reporting.

Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources such as Azure Synapse Analytics Azure Data Lake (ADLS) SQL databases and APIs.

Apply data visualization best practices to create insightful and user-friendly dashboards that tell a clear business story.

Support data validation and testing to ensure data consistency and reliability across reports.

Implement basic security and access controls including role-based permissions and row-level security (RLS).

Assist in publishing refreshing and maintaining reports and datasets within Power BI Service / Workspaces.

Collaborate with senior team members to standardize metrics templates and report layouts across business units.

Document report logic data sources and transformations for maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Hands-on experience in Power BI for report and dashboard development.

Strong skills in DAX Power Query and data modeling for efficient analytics solutions.

Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction joins and data preparation.

Familiarity with Azure data services (e.g. Synapse ADLS SQL Database) or other cloud data platforms.

Understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices.

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in an agile and fast-paced project environment.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Analytics Information Systems or a related field.

Certification in Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) or equivalent.

Exposure to ETL or data integration tools such as Azure Data Factory or Synapse Pipelines.

Experience with Excel Python or R for basic analytics and automation tasks.

Interest in AI-driven analytics and visualization of predictive insights.
