Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Brewer located in Lucknow. The Shift Brewer will be responsible for overseeing brewing operations, including ingredient preparation, monitoring fermentation processes, and maintaining quality standards. Tasks will include equipment operation, sanitation of brewing equipment, and ensuring adherence to brewing recipes and consistency standards. The Shift Brewer will operate in a team environment to meet production goals while maintaining safety compliance and actively supporting innovative brewing projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in brewing processes, including fermentation, filtration, and packaging
• Proficiency with brewery equipment maintenance, sanitation practices, and quality control procedures
• Strong analytical skills for recipe development, attention to detail, and troubleshooting
• Team collaboration and effective communication skills
• Physical ability to handle equipment, climb stairs, and lift heavy materials as required in brewery operations
• Passion for craft beer and knowledge of brewing techniques and industry trends
• Preferred : Degree or certification in Brewing Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related fields
