OneNDF is a trusted loan marketplace helping individuals and businesses secure the right loans at the right interest rates. We work closely with 120+ banks and NBFCs, offering transparent, seamless, and personalised loan solutions across home loans, LAP, business loans, and MSME financing.
We are expanding our footprint in the real estate ecosystem and are looking for a dynamic professional to strengthen our partnerships with builders, developers, and channel partners / brokers.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with builders, developers, and real estate consultants to generate high-quality loan leads. Your role will directly contribute to OneNDF’s growth and visibility in the real estate and home loan market.
Key Responsibilities 1. Builder & Developer Partnerships
- Identify and approach builders and developers across Delhi NCR.
- Pitch OneNDF’s loan marketplace solutions for homebuyers and investors.
- Secure tie-ups for preferred loan partner status at new launches, project sites, and builder CRM teams.
- Conduct presentations, relationship-building meetings, and regular follow-ups.
2. Real Estate Consultant / Broker Onboarding
Build a strong ecosystem of channel partners and brokers.Create engagement plans and incentive structures for regular lead flow.Train brokers on OneNDF’s value proposition, documentation, and loan processes.Ensure consistent relationship management and performance tracking.3. Lead Generation & Business Growth
Drive a steady pipeline of home loan, LAP, and business loan leads.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, credit, and operations) to ensure smooth conversion.Maintain MIS for partner performance, pipeline, and monthly targets.Represent OneNDF at real estate events, site visits, and builder partner meetings.4. Market Intelligence
Track new projects, upcoming launches, and market movements in the real estate ecosystem.Gather competitive insights and recommend strategies to enhance OneNDF’s presence.Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 1–6 years in real estate partnerships, channel sales, home loan sourcing, or BFSI partnerships.Strong network among builders, brokers, and channel partners (preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field visits.Understanding of home loan / LAP processes is a plus.
