Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Team Lead to spearhead our social media marketing projects. The ideal candidate will manage a team of content creators, designers, and account managers while handling multiple school clients across India.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of social media executives, designers, and interns.
Own monthly content calendars across school and preschool clients.
Plan and review reel concepts, captions, carousels, and campaign ideas.
Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and strategy alignment.
Ensure timely shoot planning and execution with the video team.
Collaborate with the performance marketing team for ad campaigns.
Monitor content performance and refine strategies based on insights.
Mentor junior team members and manage quality control across accounts.
Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience in social media marketing (preferably agency-side).
At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring a small team.
Strong storytelling and content ideation abilities.
Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube strategy.
Proficiency in basic design workflows (Canva, Figma is a plus).
Experience working with education clients is preferred (but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Clients see growth in engagement, visibility, and admissions via social.
Monthly content planning, review cycles, and campaigns run seamlessly.
