Job Description : Manager – Projects, Services & Spares
Location : Khed Shivapur
Experience Required : 8–10 Years
Education : B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Service Operations
- Lead and manage project execution from planning to delivery ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee service operations including diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, refurbishments, and spare parts availability.
- Manage documentation, customer contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize machine build processes with robust process controls and performance metrics.
- Ensure effective procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and logistics.
2. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop project, service, and spares teams.Build technical excellence and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.Support onboarding, skills development, succession planning, and performance improvement.3. Process Excellence & Compliance
Ensure adherence to SOPs, company policies, ISO 9001 : 2015 standards, and audit requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.Implement best practices and drive operational excellence across all functions.4. Communication & Cross-functional Coordination
Drive transparent communication through reporting tools, dashboards, and review meetings.Lead cross-functional reviews with sales, supply chain, assembly, and design teams.Coordinate on project plans, resource allocation, and issue resolution.5. Resource & Budget Management
Plan and allocate manpower and resources effectively.Monitor timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.Forecast resource requirements to avoid bottlenecks.6. Customer & Business Support
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service delivery and quality.Support sales in identifying new business opportunities.Supervise customer site installations when required.7. IT & Project Management Tools
Strong working knowledge of MS Project, ERP systems, and project management tools.Mandatory Skills & Competencies
