Job descriptionLead, mentor, and develop project, service, and spares teams. Build technical excellence and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. Support onboarding, skills development, succession planning, and performance improvement. Ensure adherence to SOPs, company policies, ISO 9001 : 2015 standards, and audit requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Implement best practices and drive operational excellence across all functions. Drive transparent communication through reporting tools, dashboards, and review meetings. Lead cross-functional reviews with sales, supply chain, assembly, and design teams. Coordinate on project plans, resource allocation, and issue resolution. Plan and allocate manpower and resources effectively. Monitor timelines, budgets, and performance metrics. Forecast resource requirements to avoid bottlenecks. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service delivery and quality. Support sales in identifying new business opportunities. Supervise customer site installations when required. Strong working knowledge of MS Project, ERP systems, and project management tools. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing technical teams. Proven experience in project management and service operations within capital equipment / manufacturing. Strong understanding of machining, assembly, manufacturing workflows, cycle time, and quality standards. Excellent communication (written & verbal), stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills. High ethical standards, accountability, and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (PMP certification is an added advantage).

Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Service Operations
- Lead and manage project execution from planning to delivery ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee service operations including diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, refurbishments, and spare parts availability.
- Manage documentation, customer contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize machine build processes with robust process controls and performance metrics.
- Ensure effective procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and logistics.
