This role is based on-site in the UAE and will require relocation. ALEMCO will be visiting India to conduct face-to-face interviews in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Pune.

As an MEP Manager at ALEMCO, you’ll play a critical leadership role, overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site to ensure timely, safe, and compliant project execution. They collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and authorities, while managing design coordination, documentation, budgeting, and health & safety standards.

Your Role

• Execution & Delivery : Full lifecycle management of MEP activities, from installation through commissioning.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Work with Construction, Commercial, Design, and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Compliance & Quality : Maintain regulatory and safety compliance; drive continuous improvement across MEP procedures.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, align, and engage MEP staff while promoting efficient workflows and cross-functional clarity.
• Contractual Management : Ensure Head Contract terms are fulfilled, support cost / time claims, and manage document approvals.
• Subcontractor Oversight : Supervise subcontractor progress, safety adherence, and delivery of finalized records and approvals.
