Job descriptionOversee digital marketing and paid campaigns (Facebook / Google Ads). Improve campaign performance, ROI, and online visibility. Supervise website updates, tracking, analytics, and automation. Lead and mentor all department heads. Keep teams aligned, motivated, and accountable. Take strong decisions during challenges or crises. Manage P&L, budgets, and forecasting. Keep control on company spending and financial planning. Maintain strong relations with clients and partners. Attend important meetings, negotiations, and discussions. Ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery. Handle hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and exits. Resolve employee concerns and maintain workplace discipline. Ensure HR documentation, attendance, and compliance are in order. Stay updated on every important activity, document, or deal. Make sure nothing moves without your knowledge. Protect company interests at all times. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Solid experience in digital + performance marketing. Understanding of operations, HR, finance, and sales. Great communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability. High ownership — someone who treats the company like their own.
