About the Mission :

Young 20-somethings in India, the future of our country, are more disconnected than ever. As cities urbanize, we spend more time indoors, more time online, and less time meaningfully connecting. Even the most tender human experiences : dating, friendship, collaboration, increasingly begin behind screens.

We want to change that. We're building a platform and movement for young Indians to reconnect in real life again : to read books together, debate politics, brainstorm startups, volunteer, flirt, run, play games, or just find genuine community in whichever way they like.

The format will evolve over time as we learn more about what audiences want, but the mission is clear : help young Indians reconnect with each other, meaningfully, and offline.

Your Role

As Technical Co-Founder, you will architect and lead the development of the entire platform - from MVP to scale.

1) Product & Platform Development

• Build the MVP : host listings, event discovery feed, booking & ticketing system, payments.
• Architect marketplace features : host dashboards, ticket pricing, waitlists, cancellation policies.
• Design recommendation algorithms (social graph + interest-based discovery).
• Integrate venue, equipment, and logistics support into the seller / host workflow.
