Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end new product launches from concept development to market activation.
- Own and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, ATL (Above The Line), and BTL (Below The Line) media.
- Craft and elevate a brand that resonates deeply with urban families, millennials, and Gen Z.
- Manage P&L ownership, pricing strategy, packaging design, and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
- Champion consumer insights, drive qualitative and quantitative research, and translate insights into brand strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, supply chain, sales, and leadership teams.
- Manage external partners, creative agencies, and key influencers / celebrity collaborations.
- Drive brand storytelling rooted in trust, traceability, and quality.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies across digital and offline channels
