About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Technical Support Intern to assist our team in resolving technical issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring smooth IT operations. This role offers hands-on experience in troubleshooting, user support, and exposure to various tools and technologies.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers and through phone, chat, and ticket channels.
- Provide support through remote access applications
- Good communication for all issues in a timely and efficient manner including follow-ups with customers, team members.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree.- [B.E, Bsc., Msc., Computer science / Electronics / Bsc. IT / Diploma in E&C (or) any other degree with good technical troubleshooting knowledge]Able to understand the basic knowledge of Android / iOS / Mac / Windows / Linux related technologies and related hardware troubleshooting is mandatory.Good knowledge in latest web browsers & Mobile apps.Basic knowledge in iPhone / iPad / Tablet / Smartphone / MacBook / PC & Laptop devices and their configuration.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic knowledge of MS office & Google drive filesRotational shift from 8am to 11pm (No night shift).Fresher (or) experience in technical support.Skills Required
