We seek an experienced Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Finance and Operations (F&O). This role involves leading the implementation, customization, and optimization of D365 solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge, good client-facing skills, and a successful project delivery track record.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to map processes and identify gaps.
- Solution Design & Configuration
- Design and configure D365 Business Central and Finance & Operations solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop functional specifications for customizations and integrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy custom solutions and integrations.
- Knowledge of the software industry to deliver tailored solutions that address client-specific challenges.
- Provide insights into best practices and trends in software product lifecycle management and subscription-based business models.
- Project Management and Client Engagement
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for functional requirements during project lifecycles.
- Ensure solutions meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support during and post-implementation.
- Implementation & Deployment
- Lead and execute end-to-end implementations, including system setup, data migration, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide hands-on guidance and ensure timely project delivery.
- Client Support & Training
- Offer post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure user adoption.
- Deliver training sessions to end-users and internal teams.
- Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and project managers.
- Stay updated on the latest D365 features, capabilities, and industry trends.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice frameworks.
- Recommend and implement process optimizations for clients.
