Location- Delhi

Experience : 1 - 5 Years of experience in intern / lateral hiring, preferably experience in law firm

Note : Candidates with lesser notice period would be preferred

Role Overview

The Recruiter - Intern Hiring will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our internship programs. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to join our team as interns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying and nurturing young talent

Key Accountabilities :

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top intern candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, university career centers / Campus
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Manage the offer process
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in intern recruitment.
