We are seeking a dedicated QA Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality across our diverse offerings.Job Summary : As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with the development team to design and execute test plans, identify defects, and drive improvements. Your role will involve both manual and automation testing, with a strong emphasis on API, web, and app testing.Key Responsibilities : Manual Testing : Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.Perform manual testing of web, mobile applications, and APIs to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features do not negatively impact existing functionalities.2. API, Web, and App Testing : Conduct thorough manual testing of APIs, ensuring they meet specified requirements and perform optimally under different conditions.Test web and mobile applications for usability, functionality, and compatibility across various platforms and devices.Work with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and bug fixes.3. Automation Testing (Good to Have) : Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.Identify opportunities to automate repetitive testing tasks, improving efficiency and coverage.Collaborate with the automation team to ensure test coverage across all critical areas.Quality Assurance : Ensure that all products are thoroughly tested and meet high standards before release.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability, reliability, and quality.Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance quality and efficiency.5. Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand requirements and ensure quality at every stage of the product life cycle.Communicate test results effectively, highlighting risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.Foster a culture of quality within the development team, advocating for best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications : Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science.Experience :

Minimum of 1 year of experience in QA, with a strong emphasis on manual testing of APIs, web, and mobile applications.

Skills : Proficient in Java programming language.Strong experience in manual testing, particularly in API, web, and app testing.Basic knowledge of automation testing tools and techniques (good to have).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
