WHAT YOU WILL DO

Seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in web automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, particularly with Selenium WebDriver and Java, and will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Cucumber.
• Collaborate with development teams to define testing strategies and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test data for various web applications.
• Utilize Git for version control and manage test artifacts effectively.
• Analyze testing results and report defects, providing actionable feedback to development teams.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and train junior QA team members on best practices in automation testing.
