Job description

About The Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter who will be responsible for connecting with candidates, explaining job opportunities, screening them over the phone, and coordinating the next steps in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call candidates from the provided database for relevant job openings.
  • Explain the job role, company, salary, location, and other relevant details.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
  • Understand candidate experience, skills, expectations, and availability.
  • Shortlist relevant candidates and share their details with the recruitment team.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and updates.
  • Maintain accurate call and candidate records.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and screening targets.

Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years of experience in recruitment, telecalling, BPO, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
  • Hindi and English communication skills required.
  • Good follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
  • Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
