Location : Delhi (Pitampura)

Requirements

01 : 30PM – 10 : 30 PM IST (Includes break) during summers and 02 : 30PM – 11 : 30 PM IST (Includes break) during winters.
Strong Written and Verbal English Communication Skills
Should not be fresher- 2nd or 3rd Role (Minimum 2 Year Exp.)
Intermediate MS Excel skills

Skills Required :

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

Intermediate expertise in Excel

Strong customer service skills, etiquette, and responsiveness

Competency in lease and contract development and management

Proficiency in project tracking and management

Knowledge of legal compliance and permits

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience in handling deeds and mortgage budgeting

Job Description (Task & Responsibilities)

Manage collections and tenant-related concerns

Coordinate with tenants and contractors to resolve issues

Oversee monthly invoicing

Facilitate tenant onboarding processes

Fill property vacancies promptly

Track contractor expenses and related costs

Perform accurate bookkeeping for real estate operations

Personal bookkeeping needs

Develop and oversee maintenance schedules

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings

Manage and process new lease renewals

Ensure adherence to local ordinances and regulatory requirements

Minimize lease lapse rates

Reduce turnover costs

Track and enhance overall profitability

Ensure all payments are made on time.
