Job Role : ServiceNow Pre - Sales Consultant Role.
- Gathering customer requirements
- Creating presentations and conducting product demos
- Building proofs of concepts
- Responding to RFPs
- Documenting Proposals and Statements of Work
- Estimating ITSM, CSM, ITOM and SPM related packages of work
- Facilitating discovery workshops to understand customers business challenges
- Conveying requirements to technical teams.
- Create Epics and Features, assessing complexity and steering delivery team in the right direction
- Aligning development with requirements both internally and with 3rd parties including offshore suppliers.
- Demonstrations to deliver technical and commercial arguments for proposed solutions.
- End to end ServiceNow Sales and workshops.
- Identify and advice on key client changes for internal processes and current technology.
- Management of existing technical teams, including performance reviews
- Contributing to the development and growth of the ServiceNow practice.
