Process and track basic invoices accurately and on time. Collaborate with customers and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies. Manage payment processing using Gusto QuickBooks or similar tools. Work with the AR team to oversee AP workflows. Update and maintain monthly vendor payment schedules. Ensure all financial records and spreadsheets are precise and up to date. Track and follow up on outstanding payments with the internal finance team. Ensure Statements of Work (SOWs) are up to date for relevant invoices.
