We are seeking an Information M3 Functional Consultant to join our team across Pan India locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of the M3 ERP system and its application across various business processes, ensuring seamless implementation and integration within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

M3 ERP Functional Consulting : Provide functional expertise in M3 ERP modules, including financials, supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, and order management, aligning system configurations with business processes.
Requirements Gathering : Work closely with business users to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into functional specifications for M3 ERP configuration.
Business Process Mapping : Map business processes to M3 ERP functionality, ensuring the system supports and enhances operational processes.
System Configuration : Configure M3 ERP modules based on business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
Testing & Validation : Lead testing efforts for system configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure the solution meets business requirements and functions as intended.
Training & Support : Provide training and support to end-users on M3 ERP functionality, ensuring smooth adoption and efficient usage of the system.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within M3 ERP to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Documentation : Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience as a functional consultant in M3 ERP systems, with a strong understanding of core M3 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).

Technical Understanding : A solid understanding of the technical aspects of M3 ERP, including how functional configurations relate to technical structures.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions that align with business processes.

Communication : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams.

Education : Engineering (B.Tech / BE) or equivalent in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills :

Industry Knowledge : Experience in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain management will be an advantage.

ERP Integration : Familiarity with M3 ERP integration and customizations will be highly beneficial.
