The Company provides business outsourcing and back office support solutions in banking, finance, telecom, hospitality, logistics, Information Technology, real estate, vehicles, farm equipment worldwide.

Job Title : Customer Support - Voice

Salary upto 4.92 lpa

Work Location : Pune

Experience : 6 months to 6 Years

Work From Office

Shift : Rotational Shift

Week Off : 2 days Rotational Week Off

Requirements

Qualification : Any Under Graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate

Candidate should have minimum 6 months and above experience in BPO.

Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.

Flexible to work in shifts.

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
