Job Description

We are seeking a competent Business Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong negotiation skills and active listening abilities. Additionally, the candidate should be tech-savvy and able to adapt to new software and systems quickly.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors to obtain product pricing and delivery timelines.
  • Create multiple proposals in Zoho Books for requirements generated by the sales team.
  • Ability to manage requests simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive feedback through quick proposal submission post-requirement gathering by the sales team.
  • Follow-up with customers at regular intervals to track the status of proposals submitted.
  • Maintain a proposal tracker and update status in weekly / monthly / quarterly meetings.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Data collection of prospective clients and maintaining hygiene in Zoho CRM.
  • Graduate (Preferred : BBM, BBA & B. Com).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to work independently, remotely from home and on company premises in Bangalore - Fluent in Spoken and Written English - Able to work EMEA & APAC office hours - Intermediate IT skills. - 2+ years experience working in an IT environment - Asset management experience. - Windows & MacOS operating system experience. - Knowledge of the ITIL reference model is preferable.
