Job description

Role Overview :

Mitigata is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on B2B cold calling and sales, targeting potential business clients and presenting our solutions to drive new business. The ideal candidate will excel at engaging with prospects, managing the sales process, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cold Calling : Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce Mitigata’s products and services and generate leads.
  • Sales Pitch : Deliver persuasive and tailored sales presentations to effectively communicate the value and benefits of Mitigata’s offerings.
  • Lead Qualification : Identify and qualify potential leads, assessing their needs and determining how Mitigata’s solutions can address their business challenges.
  • Sales Management : Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and closing of deals.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • CRM Utilization : Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and maintain accurate records of leads and deals.
  • Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position Mitigata’s products.
  • Reporting : Provide regular updates and detailed reports on sales activities, lead status, and progress towards targets.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B inside sales, cold calling, or a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade business clients.
  • Goal-Oriented : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
