Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team at MProfit. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support MProfit’s growth. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to facilitating the hiring process. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of talent we bring onboard and will help MProfit achieve its ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles across the organisation.
- Sourcing Candidates : Leverage multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source quality candidates.
- Building Talent Pipelines : Proactively build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs through networking and relationship-building.
- Collaboration with Talent Agencies : Partner closely with talent agencies to identify and attract top candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational hiring strategies.
- Candidate Experience : Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring process.
- Recruitment Metrics : Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate quality to improve hiring processes continuously.
- Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience : 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a startup or environment.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong sourcing skills, including using social media, job boards, and recruitment software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.High attention to detail, proactive approach, and a passion for finding and hiring the best talent.A people-person with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Why Join MProfit?
