Role : HubSpot Marketing and Sales / CRM Administrator

Location : Andheri East, MIDC, Mumbai

Position Type : Full-Time (Hybrid)

Experience Required : 6 to 8 Years in CRM administration with 3 years in HubSpot administration

Position Overview : We seek an experienced HubSpot marketing and Sales module administrator as part of the Datamatics global marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience with 2-3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot marketing and sales modules, focusing on managing the overall HubSpot instance, user management, training & onboarding, workflow design, integrations, data integrity, cross-departmental collaboration, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Overall Management of HubSpot Sales and Marketing modules :

  • New marketing and sales and inside sales user training onboarding and adoption across India, Europe and US geographies .
  • Managing integrations with other martech tools like Demand base, sales navigator, reachdesk, and other internal systems.
  • Workflow Design and Automation : Develop, implement, and refine complex workflows to streamline process and integration with Datamatics website.

Data Quality and Integrity :

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Establish and enforce data enrichment, deduplication, and scalability standards to maintain a high-quality database.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration :

  • Act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless HubSpot integration.
  • Reporting and Analytics :

  • Create and manage advanced dashboards and reports.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Proficiency in designing and managing complex workflows within HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management, including data enrichment and deduplication processes.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams to integrate and optimize HubSpot functionalities.
  • Expertise in creating advanced reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expected to work with global sales team and required to have overlap with US and Europe working hours whenever required
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • BSc / BTech / MBA with 6-8 years of CRM Admin experience
  • HubSpot Marketing and SalesHub certifications.
  • Experience with additional CRM platforms or marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
