Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote WFM Consultant to join our team. As a WFM Consultant at Mosaic, you will be a trusted partner to our clients by consulting and supporting them through the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of multiple modules within UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Dimensions).
What you’ll do :
- Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment
- Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their UKG systems
- Draw on your industry and WFM expertise to develop, maintain, and implement solutions to help clients solve business problems through their HCM system
- Use system analysis techniques, including consulting with users, managers, and executives to determine software and system functional specifications
- Document, analyze, test and modify WFM system based on and related to client and system design specifications
- Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed
