JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for a highly skilled Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to drive the end-to-end sales process , from prospecting to closing deals and post-sales support. In this role, you will act as a bridge between technical solutions and business needs , collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the End-to-End Sales Cycle – Engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges, and propose tailored solutions.
Technical Consultation & Solution Design – Analyze customer requirements and demonstrate product and solution capabilities through presentations, demos, and POCs.
Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams – Work closely with account managers and product teams to craft customized solutions that align with client needs.
RFP / RFI Responses & Proposal Development – Prepare detailed technical and business solution proposals with commercial and time estimates, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, addressing concerns and positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
Market & Competitor Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, customer demands, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
Post-Sales Support & Handover – Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation by coordinating with delivery teams and providing necessary documentation.
Requirements
Key Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales in a B2B environment.
Saas or IT sales or Techno Functional Sales is a plus.
Strong expertise in solution architecture, technical presentations, and customer needs analysis , proposal build, and delivery to customers.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle , including prospecting, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Expert Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and proposal writing .
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive business growth.
