We’re Hiring : Fat Loss Program Closer (Remote Position)
Do you (or someone you know) love sales and helping people transform their lives?
We’re looking for a high-performing Closer to join our growing women's fat loss coaching business!
This role is 100% remote — work from anywhere with flexible hours.
All you need is a laptop, a stable Internet connection, and a hunger to WIN.
We're looking for a closer unicorn — someone who lives and breathes conversations that change lives .
You'll be speaking with working women who are ready to transform their health, lose body fat, and regain confidence.
You'll consult them over WhatsApp or Zoom, understand their struggles, and if it’s the right fit — enroll them into our premium coaching programs.
Who You Are :
You are hungry and self-motivated . You thrive on commission-only structures.
You have experience closing sales — either on the phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, or in-person.
You are a natural listener , problem-solver , and love consultative sales (not just pushing a product).
You have experience (or at least passion) for health, fitness, or transformation industries.
You are coachable, love feedback, and want to master the art of ethical, heart-centered closing.
You are able to work independently without needing daily hand-holding.
You are committed to growing with us long-term — we are NOT looking for short-term opportunists.
Bonus if you :
Have closed Rs 1Cr+ in revenue over your career.
Have experience selling premium programs / services at-least (Rs. 25k–Rs.50k ticket size).
Understand the emotions and psychology behind women's health transformations.
