We are inviting experienced consultants (with 2–3 years of strong, hands-on experience) to collaborate with us on a project-by-project basis. We are particularly interested in individuals well-versed in any of the following areas :

• U.S. intellectual property law (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
• U.S. tax structuring and compliance
• Regulatory compliance for U.S.-based businesses
• Global data privacy laws
