Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers professionally and efficiently.
  • Address customer queries related to products, pricing, orders, and delivery.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and guide junior executives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
  • Follow company guidelines and service quality standards.
  • Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Freshers with a passion for customer service are welcome.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (training will be provided).

Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Requirement : Any Graduate / Unregenerated with minimum 1yr exp is required.
