Role Overview :

The Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO) will be responsible for driving sales by developing

communication with customers who have applied on Wishfin.com. This role offers an excellent

opportunity for passionate individuals to kickstart their career in a dynamic and fast-paced

environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales and Communication : Engage with validated customers to drive sales through calls and

emails.

Product Knowledge : Provide comprehensive product information to customers and resolve their

queries.

Customer Liaison : Act as an intermediary between financial institutions (banks and NBFCs) and

customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries.

Customer Interaction : Understand and address customer needs, providing top-notch service and

support.

Feedback Management : Track customer feedback and work on continuous improvement plans.

Requirements

Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Strong relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and internet usage.

Ability to adhere to quality parameters and track customer feedback
