Job descriptionOversee the entire AR cycle (invoicing, collections, overdue). Ensure timely and accurate billing. Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues. Implement effective collection strategies. Maintain accurate records and documentation Prepare and analyze AR reports (aging, cash flow, forecasts). Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure timely closure. Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement. Provide accurate and timely financial information to management. Continuously identify and implement process improvements. Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Develop and implement best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and taxes. Identify and mitigate risks associated with AR activities. Effectively utilize AR systems (SAP, ZOHO, Xero) to improve efficiency. Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience with Accounting Software (XERO, Zoho, SAP) Clear accounting skills and concepts Effective Communication & Team management Accuracy and Precision Experience in Accounts receivable role. Experienced in the IT industry. Ability for Decision Making and Quick Issue Resolution.
