Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist. The ERP Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, implementing and managing ERP software, and ensuring the successful integration of various business functions. The ERP Specialist will work closely with different departments to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The role is based in Puducherry, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Process Improvement and Business Process management
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Software
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
