Speaker Acquisition Specialist :
- Identify and research potential speakers across various industries focusing on thought leaders influencers and subject matter experts who align with event themes and audience interests.
- Contact potential speakers via email phone and LinkedIn presenting event opportunities and successfully persuading them to participate.
- Could you manage the negotiation process with speakers regarding fees terms and expectations Draft and finalize contracts in collaboration with legal and event teams.
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with a diverse network of speakers ensuring they are fully engaged and satisfied with the process.
- Provide ongoing support to speakers before during and after events addressing any questions or issues they may have.
- Stay informed about industry trends emerging speakers and new technologies in the speaking and events space.
- Collect feedback from speakers about events take feedback from the internal team about event and speaker performance and use insights to improve future speaker acquisitions.
